Green-Meldrim House
Built in the 1850s, the Green-Meldrim House is best known for the fact that it served as General William Tecumseh Sherman's headquarters towards the end of the Civil War. The house remains a great example of Gothic Revival architecture. It is open to the public for touring Tuesdays, as well as Thursday through Saturday.

The Davenport House, completed by Isaiah Davenport in 1820, is an American Federal style house now open for public touring seven days a week. The house is filled with period furnishings and artifacts, as well as some of the Davenport family's heirlooms.

The Owens-Thomas house, a Regency style home, was built between the years of 1816 and 1819. The house has had a layered past; it served as a boarding house during the 1820s, in 1825 Marquis de Lafayette was a guest, and today it is home to the Telfair Museum of Art. The museum includes an impressive collection of paintings, phtographs, sculptures and decorative arts.

Located within three 19th centruy buildings on Calhoun Square, the Massie Heritage Center offers exhibits of a 19th-century classroom, Savannah's city plan, the Victorian era, architectural styles and much more. The Center allows for self-guided and guided tours. Group tours can be arranged in advance. The Center is open Monday through Friday from 9am to 4pm, except on holidays.
